Family Resource and Support

The Family Resource and Support team at ChildStrive works to provide comprehensive assistance and advocacy for families with children ages birth through three who have developmental disabilities or delays. This team collaborates to ensure access to early intervention services, coordinates care plans, and offers support programs such as Parents as Teachers and the Nurse-Family Partnership, empowering families to enhance their child's developmental outcomes.
