Roxanne Peterson

Roxanne Peterson has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Roxanne is currently the Hospitality Sales Director at Chilewich Sultan LLC. Prior to this role, they worked at STARR Restaurants as a Senior Event Sales Manager from April 2017 to February 2019, and as an Event Sales Manager from June 2010 to April 2017. Roxanne also worked as a Buddakan NYC Morning Host at STARR Restaurants from September 2007 to May 2010. In addition to their roles at STARR Restaurants, Roxanne worked as a Private Chef at Abbey Household from January 2008 to June 2010. Roxanne was also a Private Chef at AHB Household from March 2007 to October 2007. Roxanne gained experience as a Line Cook at Tabla, a restaurant within Union Square Hospitality Group, from September 2004 to April 2006. Roxanne briefly worked as a Special Events Assistant at The Modern Restaurant, also within Union Square Hospitality Group, from September 2009 to December 2009.

Roxanne Peterson attended St. Louis Park Senior High School for an undisclosed period of time without receiving a degree or pursuing a specific field of study. Roxanne then enrolled at Drake University in 1997 and completed their Bachelor of Arts in Magazine Journalism and Graphic Design in 2001. Peterson later attended the Institute of Culinary Education from 2003 to 2004, earning a Career Culinary Arts Diploma.
