Danielle Stone

Danielle Stone is the Managing Partner at Chili’s, having progressed from an hourly team member in 2007 to a General Manager in 2019 before taking on the partner role in 2020. Danielle has consistently achieved a 5-star rating and ranked among the top 100 leaders in the brand. With expertise in P&L management, team development, and training, Danielle has trained over 15 new managers and contributed to the success of multiple locations, maintaining the best AVT in a competitive area of eight restaurants. Prior experience includes serving as a Correctional Release Specialist with the Orange County Government from 2010 to 2012.
