Yana Ginburg (PMP, CMAP)

Yana Ginburg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, change management, and communication. Currently serving as a Figure Skating Instructor at Chilled Ponds Ice Sports Complex since January 2020, Yana previously held the role of Director of Change Management at Maximus from December 2022 to August 2023. A significant portion of Yana's career was spent at Booz Allen Hamilton, where roles included Lead Associate, Program Manager, and Senior Defense Analyst from June 2009 to December 2022. Yana has also contributed as a freelancer for Pilot Media and Southern Grit Magazine, alongside various writing and evaluation roles at institutions including the Program Evaluation Division and Center for Naval Analyses. Yana holds a Master’s degree in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
