Rawya also has experience at Vapiano Nederland where they served as an Employer Brand Manager from 2018 to 2020.

In addition, Rawya has a strong background in the restaurant industry. Rawya worked at Vapiano as a Restaurant Manager from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for the overall operations and commercial management of the restaurant, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Before that, they held positions as an Assistent Restaurant Manager, Shiftleader, and bar-/ service-/ kassamedewerker at Vapiano from 2010 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Rawya has obtained several certifications including BHV Herhaalcursus from BHVNederland, Certificaat Train-de-trainer from Learnit Training, Leermeester from SVH (Stichting Vakbekwaamheid Horeca), and Sociale Hygiëne, also from SVH.
