Renan Gaspareto

Renan Gaspareto is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader based in São Paulo, with a diverse portfolio of ownership roles across various companies. As the Owner of Over Personnalité since April 2016, Renan leads a team of over 40 individuals and manages the firm's operations in both São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, focusing on Client Services and Sales/Business Development. In addition, Renan co-owns Usina 21 and Contabil Prime SP, both established to deliver exceptional results and modern accounting solutions, respectively. Renan also operates a flagship Chilli Beans store, managing five employees and leveraging extensive expertise in business administration. Prior experience includes serving as Immigration Manager at Oveseas Consultoria Ltda from 2007 to 2016, where leadership of a large team and management of client relations were key responsibilities. Renan holds an MBA in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
