Lee Griffiths

Lee Griffiths has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as a Driver Manager and Train Driver Instructor at Chiltern Railways since July 2021. Prior roles include Driver Standards Manager at Great Western Railway from July 2018 to July 2021, where leadership and compliance with safety standards were primary responsibilities. Lee also worked as a Train Driver at East Midlands Railway from January 2016 to July 2018 and at Great Western Railway from February 2011 to January 2016, focusing on safe and efficient operations while maintaining communication with on-board staff and passengers.
