Ian McCaul

Ian McCaul is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Chiltern Way Academy Trust since September 2011. Previously, McCaul held various roles at Prestwood Lodge School from January 2001 to April 2010, including Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, specializing in behavior and operational leadership. McCaul has also acted as a Speaker and Consultant at the Global Inclusion Conference, addressing topics related to challenging behavior in children, and has contributed to the field through external consultancy. Educational qualifications include an NPQH from NCSL, a BA Hons in Economics and Management from Ulster University, and a PGCE in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Worcester.
