Oana Arsene

Oana Arsene, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the President of the Board and CEO Advisor at S.C. CHIMCOMPLEX S.A. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Oana held the position of Managing Partner at Blooms Constantine Consulting Group Ltd from January 2018 to July 2019. Oana's career also includes significant contributions at MOL Group as a Group Strategy Senior Expert and in various roles at Rompetrol (KMG International) over a 15-year tenure, focusing on performance, business development, and capital investments. Oana holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from the National School of Political Science and Public Administration.
