Blaine Hebert

Blaine Hebert, CISSP, HCISPP, CHISL, MSIT, CHIME-AEHIS, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Yuma Regional Medical Center and a board member of the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS) at CHIME. Previously, Blaine held roles as vCISO and independent consultant at Phulasso, providing executive-level security advice to IT leaders, and worked at Scripps Health and Clearwater in senior information security positions focused on healthcare IT risk management and compliance. Blaine's early career includes leadership positions at CynergisTek and Rady Children's Hospital, as well as extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps managing network operations and security. Blaine holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Grantham University.
