Matt Vandrau

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Wits University in Johannesburg, Matthew played professional cricket for Transvaal and Derbyshire for seven years before jointly setting up Frontiers Group in 2000 with his brother Kevin. As Managing Director, Matthew oversaw Frontiers’ organic growth from inception to one of the biggest independent sponsorship agencies in the UK and it subsequent sale to Essentially in July 2007 when Matthew joined the main board. He continued to assist in the growth of the business and the subsequent sale to Chime Communications where he fulfilled the role of Group Chief Executive for Essentially. He has been appointed CEO of CSM as part of a global reorganisation of its individual agencies under a single, unified brand presence – CSM.
