Brandon B.

Brandon B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2004, they started their career as a Sr. Marketing Representative at Navarre Corporation. Brandon worked there until 2007.

From 2005 to 2007, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at Phoenix Union High School District.

In 2009, Brandon joined GoDaddy where they worked as a Business Development Executive until 2010. During their time there, they on-boarded over 200 sales consultants and played a role in rewriting sales training for internal promotions. Brandon also assisted in leading new sales team onboarding projects.

In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Sales Trainer at GoDaddy and continued in that position until 2015. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding 200+ sales consultants and played a role in leading new sales team onboarding projects.

In 2015, they joined Metromile as an Inside Sales Manager where they oversaw the onboarding of 30+ new sales agents. Brandon also led a team of 8 Account Executives who were responsible for hunting new business and driving month-over-month growth in monthly recurring revenue.

Brandon then moved to ZipRecruiter in 2017 and served as a Sales Manager, Existing Accounts. Brandon led a team of 12 Inside Sales Agents and focused on increasing monthly recurring revenue on existing business. Under their leadership, the team consistently achieved month-over-month growth in revenue and conversion.

Since 2018, Brandon has been working at Chime Technologies Inc. Brandon started as the Sr. Manager, Inside Sales and then progressed to the role of Sales Operations Manager. In their current position as the Director of Sales Enablement and Operations, they are responsible for overseeing sales operations, lead generation, lead routing, sales process, pipeline management, and business analytics.

Brandon B. began their education in 2008 at Scottsdale Community College, where they studied Music Education until 2010. In 2016, they enrolled at Grand Canyon University and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has obtained certifications in Richardson Sales Training from GoDaddy in April 2014 and Personal Lines (P&C) from Arizona in September 2014.
