Lauren Donlevy has several years of experience in various roles within different companies. Lauren started their career in 2015 at Uber, where they worked as a Strategic Account Bugs & Outages Specialist, providing troubleshooting solutions and creating bug reports. In 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Account Manager at BizIQ - Smart Local Marketing, managing client campaigns and improving online presence. Lauren then moved on to ReBath, LLC, where they served as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, focusing on CRM system improvements and conducting training sessions. In 2019, they joined Grand Canyon University as an Email Marketing Specialist, working on email marketing strategies and conducting market research. Lauren also worked at Ylopo, LLC as a Client Success Account Manager, managing a large book of clients and providing training and support. Most recently, they worked at J-Curve Technologies as a TURO VIP Support Specialist before joining Chime Technologies Inc as an Onboarding Specialist.

Lauren Donlevy attended FIDM from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Lauren successfully completed their studies and obtained an Associate of Arts degree.
