Audrey Wilk

Audrey Wilk has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Audrey is currently working as the Chief Member at Chief since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Organizational Development at Chime starting from March 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of Organizational Development at Patreon. Audrey also has experience in learning and development, having worked as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Quantcast from 2018 to 2019 and as a Learning and Development Manager from 2016 to 2018. Audrey has also held HR roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 2013 to 2016 and completed internships at Johnson & Johnson, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Facebook, and Google earlier in their career.

Audrey Wilk attended UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication. Audrey then pursued further education at Columbia University from 2011 to 2013 and earned a Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology. In 2018, they completed a certification program called "The Enneagram in Business." Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they engaged in coach training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) to become a CTI Coach in training.
