Janaiah McClure

Janaiah McClure is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and fraud risk policy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Dispute Experience at Chime since June 2022 and co-founding Jade&Kai Co. in November 2022, Janaiah has a robust background from Square, where roles included Head of Fraud Risk Policy and multiple program management positions across risk strategy and operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Retail Banker at Wells Fargo and holding a finance and administrative role at the Prevention Institute. Janaiah holds a Master of Business Administration from Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Globalization from the University of California, Berkeley.
