Karthik Ezhilvannan is an experienced product manager with a background in developing user-centric solutions across various industries. Currently at Chime, Karthik focuses on enhancing member experiences in the Move Money and Account Lifecycle journey. Previously, Karthik served as a product manager at Mella Pet Care, achieving a 50% reduction in resolution times through improved feedback mechanisms, and at TikTok, where Karthik led the redesign of a brand lift study product.
