Lauren Turon

Lauren Turon currently serves as the Head of Data Operations at Chime, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Lauren was the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence Operations at eBay from January 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included driving AI transformation and implementing strategic initiatives across the organization. As the Founder and Chief Chick of Birdie from January 2018 to December 2021, Lauren developed a technology solution to simplify streaming service choices. In 2018, Lauren also served as the Head of AI Business Operations for Capital One's Credit Cards, enhancing productivity and communication. At Hearst, from January 2016 to December 2018, Lauren held the role of Vice President, leading strategic projects for SaaS and DaaS businesses and operationalizing an AI Center of Excellence. Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
