Natalie Miles Fuerst has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Natalie started their career as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Solicitor General, providing research support and briefing for DOJ attorneys on cases pending before the U. S. Supreme Court. Natalie then worked as a Policy and Research Assistant at the Governor's Office of Planning and Research. Natalie also worked as a Financial Counselor at the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Francisco. Natalie then moved on to Lending Club, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and later as an Operations Analyst. Natalie then joined Credit Karma as a Marketing Operations Analyst and later as a Marketing Operations Manager. Currently, they are working at Chime as the Head of Marketing Technology & Personalization, where they built and manages a holistic MarTech stack supporting all channels and functions within the Marketing organization. Natalie also oversaw the selection and implementation of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and the overall experimentation and personalization strategy.

Natalie Miles Fuerst holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained certifications in Machine Learning for Marketing from LinkedIn in October 2019 and a Software Product Management (SPM®) Certificate from Product School in March 2018.
