Nikita Rathaur

Nikita Rathaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Member Strategy & Enablement Operations at Chime since January 2020, Nikita has also held positions such as Program Manager for Product Operations and Senior Instructional Designer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. from October 2013 to January 2020, where Nikita worked as a Training and Development Manager, focusing on technical product training strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Educationally, Nikita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2013.
