Stephen Burgess

Stephen Burgess is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and software engineering across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Chime since August 2021, Stephen previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Slack from February 2016 to August 2021. At Apple, Stephen worked from May 2013 to January 2016, initially as a Lead Developer focusing on frameworks and libraries for apple.com, and later as a Front-end Developer concentrating on new product sites. Prior experience includes roles as Interactive Developer at Fantasy Interactive, Interactive Developer at specialmoves, Head of Flash Development at Tullo Marshall Warren, and Senior Flash Developer at Research Now. Stephen holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Multimedia from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 2006.
