Lauren Flynn

Lauren Flynn, M.Ed., currently serves as the Regional Director at Chimes since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Executive Director at Philadelphia Family Voices from December 2021 to May 2024, overseeing operational aspects of a behavioral health organization and managing a significant budget across multiple locations. Previous experience includes serving as Division Director and Program Manager at Mental Health Partnerships, where Lauren directed multiple social service programs and managed an extensive team. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Social Worker at Genesis Health Care, Inc., and held various roles involving financial and operational management in family-owned businesses and educational institutions. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Temple University.
