Michael Y.t. Lim

Michael Y.T. Lim has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael is currently the Group CFO at Chin Hin Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at GuocoLand Group from August 2018 to July 2020. Michael also held the position of Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at Lafarge Malaysia Berhad from October 2014 to July 2018. In addition, they served as the Group CFO at The Lion Group from March 2013 to September 2014, and as the Chief Financial Officer at Lotus's from January 2011 to February 2013. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Sun Hung Kai Properties China from January 2007 to December 2010. Michael'scareer also includes a role as Controller at PepsiCo China from October 1995 to December 2006, where they achieved significant improvements in internal controls, implemented profit improvement initiatives, and established a Shared Service Centre in Shanghai.

Michael Y.T. Lim has an extensive education history. Michael completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Sloan Master in Management at London Business School. Michael also obtained a Chartered Accountancy degree from CIMA and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. Furthermore, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various subjects such as data analysis, machine learning, programming, and digital marketing from institutions like Coursera, Google, MathWorks, edX, and Google Digital Garage. Michael also holds memberships with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
