He was appointed to the Board of CWHB on 5 December 2017. He is the Chairman of Nominating Committee, Chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Remuneration Committee. He started his career at Tansley Witt & Co, London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales) in 1977. He later joined KPMG in the London and Kuala Lumpur offices. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He has many years of broad financial experience having held various senior financial positions in public listed companies whose activities span investment holdings, construction, property and infrastructure development, both in Malaysia and Australia.
He does not have any directorship in other public companies.
