Low Yeaw Seng

He was appointed to the Board of CWHB on 5 October 2018. He is also a member of Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. He graduated from Universiti Malaya with a Bachelor of Accounting (hons) degree in 1983. After graduation, he joined Accountant General Department, Ministry of Finance as a Treasury Accountant. He served in various Ministry until 1995 and joined Ooi& Associates, Chartered Accountant firm that provides assurance, taxation, corporate secretarial, accounting and consultancy services. Beside leading in assurance and taxation practice, he is also an approved Trade Mark Agent. He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow member of CPA Australia.

He does not have any directorship in other public companies.
