Stella Guo

Stella (Xu) Guo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and international trade, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs for RELX since March 2022, focusing on the China market for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Stella's responsibilities include analyzing data access and the digital economy, while fostering connections between RELX and various government entities, trade associations, and think tanks. Additionally, Stella holds the position of Secretary General of the Digital Economy Working Group at the China-Britain Business Council, and previously managed a significant UK government infrastructure program in China. Educational achievements include professional development in Artificial Intelligence and FinTech from the University of Oxford and The University of Hong Kong, respectively, along with a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
