Wang Guiya

Mr. Wang served as Chief Investment & Wealth Management Officer and General Manager of Investment Banking Department of the Head Office of the Bank since March 2011. He acted as General Manager of Investment Banking Department of China Construction Bank from August 2006 to March 2011, meantime, he acted as Chairman of CCB International (Holdings) Ltd. from January 2007 to August 2010; as General Manager of Planning and Finance Department of China Construction Bank from March 2004 to August 2006; and as Deputy General Manager of Planning and Finance Department of China Construction Bank from July 2000 to March 2004. Mr. Wang is a senior economist. He was graduated from the Anhui University with the bachelor’s degree of applied mathematics in July 1984 and obtained the master’s degree of senior management business administration from the Peking University in January 2005.
