Erik Limberg

Erik Limberg has significant experience in HR and management roles. Erik started their career as a Support Technician at Sykes in 2002 and later worked as a Team Supervisor, where they managed a team of 50 consultants. At Sykes, they were responsible for coaching, recruitment, performance evaluations, and sales.

In 2004, Erik became an Avdelningschef at Sykes, where they had a leadership role and managed multiple teams, with a focus on budgeting, results, personnel, and customer management. Erik also handled negotiations with labor unions and developed incentive systems.

Currently, Erik is working at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) as the Head of the HRBP Team. Erik oversees the HRBP team and supports managers in their roles, while also leading daily operations. Erik has been actively involved in the implementation of central HR processes and frameworks at CEVT.

Erik Limberg attended several educational institutions and pursued studies in various fields. Erik began their education in 1995 at Casa de Español de Xelahú, where they focused on the study of Spanish for one year. In 1996, they enrolled at Uppsala University and studied Practical Swedish for one year. In 1997, they moved to Linköping University, where they completed a Behavioral Science Foundation Year. The following year, in 1998, Erik attended Lund University and focused on the field of Data Linguistics for one year. In 1999, they returned to University of Skövde, where they pursued studies in Data Pedagogy and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002.
