Erik Preihs

Erik Preihs has extensive work experience in the automotive and engineering fields. Erik began their career in 1998 as a Project Leader and Industrial PhD at SKF Lidkoping Machine Tools. Erik then joined Saab Automobile AB in 2001, where they held various positions, including Manager of Body Exterior. In 2011, they moved to Swegon Group as the Manager for Simulation and Test Centre. Since 2014, Erik has been with CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB), where they have held multiple roles, including Module Team Director for Advanced Engineering and Unit Project Leader for Advanced Engineering.

Erik Preihs completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Linköpings Tekniska Högskola, LiTH, between 1990 and 1996. From 1998 to 2000, Erik pursued a Licentiate degree at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Erik'sresearch focused on the in-process evaluation of external centerless grinding roundness using acoustic emission.
