Ning Ma has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Ning started their career in 1997 at China Worldbest (Huayuan) Group and China Resources Group, where they served as a Project Manager, Foreign Affairs Manager, and Training Section Chief. Ning then worked at Harvard University as an International Fellow in 2003. Ning later joined Accor Services China in 2004 as a Deputy General Manager, where they handled marketing, business development, and government relationships. In 2009, Ning Ma became an Independent Consultant for China related projects at Huron Consulting Group. Finally, they joined China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2010, initially as the Deputy MBA Director and later as the Administration Director for the CEIBS MBA Program and the Finance MBA Program.
Ning Ma obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, in 2003, Ning Ma participated in an MBA exchange program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to that, Ning Ma completed both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business English at Shanghai International Studies University, spanning from 1990 to 1997.
