Prof. Frank Bournois

Prof. Frank Bournois has a diverse and extensive work experience. Prof. Frank currently serves as the Vice President and Dean of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ESCP Business School for almost 9 years, starting as the Dean and Executive President in August 2014 and holding multiple roles until February 2023. Before joining ESCP, they were a Chair Professor and Member of the Supervisory Board at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from September 1996 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Professor at the same university from 1997 to 2008. Prof. Frank also served as the Research Director at ESCP Europe for 10 years, from 1998 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Studies at IHEDN from September 1997 to September 2001 and as the Deputy to HR Director - Management Development at Rhône-Poulenc Fibers and Polymers from January 1987 to September 1991.

Prof. Frank Bournois received their PhD in Strategic Management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) between 1986 and 1990. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Organisational Psychology at Aston University from 1983 to 1984. Prof. Frank also holds a Graduate degree in Business from emlyon business school, which they obtained between 1981 and 1983.
