Henry Chang

Henry Chang is the Chief Experience Officer & EVP at China Life. Henry has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on core insurance system implementation, front-end system implementation, and insurance company M&A system integration.

Henry started their career in 1993 at L&H insurance company, where they were responsible for the implementation of the company's core insurance system. In 1997, they joined President Life (now Allianz Taiwan Life) and oversaw the implementation of a new core insurance system. In 2000, they enhanced the core insurance system to meet the requirements of multi-distribution sales channels.

In 2005, Henry became Head of Operations at President Life, and in 2006 they were promoted to Chief Operation Officer. In 2009, they oversaw the migration of the core insurance system from AS400 to Oracle. In 2016, they completed a series of digital projects to support business development.

In 2017, Henry started working on the integration of new technologies into the insurance industry, with a focus on AI, Blockchain, and Data Science. Henry is also responsible for the implementation of Future Operation Model at China Life.

Henry Chang has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Chung Yuan Christian University and a certification in Managing Your Time from LinkedIn.
