Grace Fu Palma

Grace Fu Palma is the Founder and CEO of China Medical Device Group. Grace has over fifteen years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on China and other Asia-Pacific countries.

Grace started their career at Philips Medical Systems in 2005 as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented marketing strategies to support the direct and indirect sales teams. Grace also worked with the product development team to provide analysis and assessment of market trends and opportunities. In 2007, Grace moved to Terason where they served as the Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific Business. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing sales, marketing, channel development, operations, logistics, and regulatory pre-market submission and post market compliance. During their time at Terason, Grace turned around negative cash flow into multi-million dollar profit.

In 2011, Grace founded China Medical Device Group, a company that provides sales, marketing, and regulatory consulting services to medical device companies looking to enter the Chinese market. Since its inception, China Medical Device Group has helped over 100 companies successfully enter the Chinese market.

Grace Fu Palma has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Peking University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
