Mr. Ye Fan founded the company and is currently Chairman and Executive Director of the Company. He is responsible for strategy and relationships with governments and external business partners.
Mr. Ye Fan started his career in the automobile sector in 1993 upon graduating from college. He worked for various state-owned and private companies in the auto industry before starting the first 4S store in the city of Dongguan in 1998. He established Dadong Group in 2007 and started to invest in 4S dealerships. Together with his older brother Ye Tao, Mr. Ye Fan took these operations public in HK stock exchange as Meidong Auto in 2013.
Mr. Ye Fan was awarded a Bachelor degree in Inorganic Non-metallic Materials from South China University of Technology in July 1993.
