Saad Ali has extensive experience in digital product management and marketing, currently serving as Product Lead at Zong CMPak Ltd since January 2007. With a strong focus on developing innovative digital lending strategies and aligning them with business goals, Saad has held various positions, including Assistant Manager Digital Marketing and Corporate Sales & ESS Analyst, where responsibilities included recovery and churn management, revenue analysis, and corporate marketing solutions. Earlier roles involved end-to-end management of the My Zong mobile app, systems development, quality assurance, and customer service operations.
