Umair Asif Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and estimation within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Manager and Procurement Lead at China Oil Hbp Science&Technology Co., Ltd since March 2021, Umair has managed procurement for projects in Iraq. Prior roles include Manager of Procurement & Estimation at Arabian Company, Business Development Manager at Square RYS, and Engineer in Design & Estimation for electrical projects at GFS General Trading & Contracting Company. Umair began a career as Projects Estimator at Hussein Morad Behbehani and Al-Sabbil United, gaining comprehensive experience in tender document review and project estimation. Earlier experience includes a position as Projects Estimator at Western Advance General Trading & Cont. Co. Umair is academically qualified with an ACCA in Accounting, Finance & Business, a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and holds additional qualifications in International Business from Pakistan English School & College, Kuwait.
