Erica Geng

Erica Geng has extensive experience in infrastructure construction, real estate investment, and financial management. Currently serving as Manager at China Railway Group Limited since September 2020, Erica focuses on infrastructure construction and real estate investments. Prior experience includes a Director role at Tsinghua Holdings - Construction Investment Co. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed deal structure design and operation management. Additionally, Erica worked as Assistant General Manager of Investment Bank at Tiancheng Asset Management Co., Ltd., emphasizing structured financing and business development. Early career experience includes supporting the overseas investment team at Savills and conducting a master dissertation research project at the Met Office. Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Exeter.
