Shengliang Yang

ShengLiang Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Head for Europe at UnionPay International since October 2012, ShengLiang is responsible for business development and operations across Western and Southern Europe, including key markets such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Prior to this role, ShengLiang held the position of Head of Marketing at the European Representative Office of China UnionPay from March 2004 to October 2012. Earlier career experience includes working as a Consultant and Project Manager at Schlumberger, focusing on EMV projects in France and bank card system implementations in China. ShengLiang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CDI College and a DEA in Digital Telecommunication from Télécom Paris.
