Lucy Li

Lucy Li is an experienced human resources and operations professional currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of North America at EdgeNext since May 2023. With a strong foundation in HR management developed during a long tenure at BaishanCloud North America Corporation since March 2016, Lucy has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of HR & Operations and Human Resources Director. Previous experience includes a position as Senior HR Officer at Kodak (China) Investment Company, where responsibilities encompassed employee management, training needs analysis, and arbitration case handling. Lucy's career also includes training development at Linekong Entertainment Technology Corporation and academic teaching at Jiang Nan University. Lucy holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Nanjing Tech University.
