Mark Ikauniks

Mark is passionate about working with entrepreneurs to advance their companies’ visions and ultimately realize their full growth potential. He has more than 15 years of investment banking advisory, corporate development and principal investment experience, having lived and worked in New York, Silicon Valley and most recently in Asia since 2007.

Since 2004 Mark has focused exclusively on the global Technology and Renewables sectors, having advised leading public and private companies across numerous verticals, including in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region. He has significant experience in the origination and execution of both capital markets (including equity, equity-linked and debt) as well as strategic advisory (including M&A, divestitures, spin-offs, take-privates, fairness opinions, etc.) assignments. Mark is a permanent resident of Hong Kong and holds dual US/EU citizenship.
