Hom Ning Lok

Hom Ning Lok is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in urban design and planning. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Chief Executive Officer's Office at Chinachem Group since September 2019, Hom also holds the position of Vice President (External Affairs) at the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design and is a Council Member for the Hong Kong Institute of Planners. Additional roles include Non-official Member (Organisation) of the Harbourfront Commission and Member of the HKSAR Drainage Appeal Board Panel. Previously, Hom worked as a Manager in Property Development at Nan Fung Development Ltd and as a Town Planning Graduate in the Planning Department of HKSAR. Hom's educational background includes studies at UCL, The University of Hong Kong, and Peking University.
