The Field Operations team at CHINAR International is responsible for executing and overseeing on-the-ground programs and initiatives in conflict areas. This includes managing educational, health, and empowerment projects for orphans, widows, children, and youth, ensuring effective delivery and monitoring of services, and reporting on progress and challenges. They work directly in communities like Shopian and Pulwama to ensure that beneficiaries receive the support needed to survive and thrive.
