Theo Ham is an experienced urban planner and researcher with a strong background in data analysis and policy development. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Chinatown Community Development Center, Theo has previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Community Service Society of New York, where notable projects included analyzing over 20 years of survey data and updating housing dashboards.
