Elyse Hwu

Elyse Hwu serves as the Director of Development at Chinatown Service Center since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing strategic fundraising plans, cultivating donor relationships, and leading fundraising initiatives. Previously, Elyse held the position of Development Manager at the same organization, focusing on fundraising strategies, team management, and donor stewardship. Earlier experiences include serving as Executive Assistant at the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office, where responsibilities involved investor procurement and mediation of business disputes, and various roles at Everrich Duty Free Shop, where significant contributions were made in project planning, marketing, and event organization. Elyse Hwu holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Ming Chuan University.
