John Fanning

John Fanning is an experienced property manager currently overseeing three mill properties for Chinburg Properties, amounting to over 1.2 million square feet since March 2020. Prior to this role, John co-founded La Muse Artists and Writers Retreat with Kerry Eielson after leaving successful publishing careers in New York City. John's early career includes freelance writing for Fodor's, serving as a researcher and reporter for Vanity Fair, and working as a writer for Avon Cosmetics. Additionally, John has held positions as a reviewer reader for AMG and a researcher at Rant, Inc. Academically, John holds a Master's degree in English from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in English, Greek & Roman Civilization, and Sociology from Maynooth University.
