Keith Minard has a strong background in information technology and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Keith started as a Network Engineer at Rockwell Space Operations Company in 1989 and later worked at 3Com Corporation as a Manager of Global Network Services and Director of Advanced Technology & Integration. In 2000, they joined Middlewire, Inc. as VP of ASP Operations & CIO. Keith then became a Principal Consultant - Turnaround CIO at Clinical Informatics Corporation in 2002, where they worked until 2013. Keith then served as the CIO at On Lok, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of CIO at Chinese Hospital and Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) since 2015.
Keith Minard attended the University of Houston from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS).

Our coverage area includes City and County of San Francisco and parts of San Mateo County.
