Le Tim Ly has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership positions in different organizations. They currently serve as the Director/CEO of Resilient Strategies LLC, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Empowered Politics starting from September 2014.
Le Tim Ly also held multiple roles at the Chinese Progressive Association - San Francisco. They served as the Chief Financial Officer from July 2021 and previously as the Deputy Director from March 2008 to June 2021.
Before that, Le Tim Ly founded and directed Build the Wheel, an initiative aimed at strengthening community empowerment efforts across the country. They started this role in September 2006.
Additionally, Le Tim Ly worked as the Capacity Building Coordinator at the Partnership for Immigrant Leadership and Action from September 2006 to August 2009. They also served as the Youth Organizing Program Coordinator at Youth United for Community Action (YUCA) from September 2001 to October 2005.
Le Tim Ly attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with a focus on Politics, Policy and Economics, and a specialization in Race and Ethnicity.
