Yi Chen

Yi Chen is a digital marketing specialist with extensive experience in multimedia production and communication. Currently employed at Chinese Radio Seattle, Yi Chen creates and edits video content aimed at the Chinese-American and immigrant communities, while also translating web news from English to Mandarin. Previous roles include podcast producer and radio show host, enhancing audio and video outputs for various programs. An accomplished media consultant for the Washington State Professional Educator Standards Board, Yi Chen developed instructional videos for paraeducators. Internships at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations involved producing communications for events and translating materials, alongside experience at ETtoday and Lambda Studio in audio-video editing and social media marketing. Yi Chen holds a Master’s degree in Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Zhejiang University.
