Amelia Paloma is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Victory Chingluh Indonesia since March 2021. Previously, Amelia worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Freepik Company from June 2019 to February 2021, overseeing the entire recruitment process and successfully scaling the team from 10 to 120 people in the APAC region.
