Andrew Merinoff has a diverse background in the spirits and startup industries. Andrew is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, a handcrafted liqueur made from distilled spirits and fresh passion fruit. Prior to Chinola, Andrew served as a Business Development Consultant at Proximo Spirits, a premium spirits importer. Andrew also founded DisPact Ventures, a company focused on disrupting industries through impact investing. Andrew has experience in acquisitions and board positions, having served as VP of Acquisitions/Board of Directors at TeQuity Capital & Communications and as a Board of Advisors member at XXIV Karat Wines. Additionally, they have provided guidance and support as a Shareholder/Advisor for InspirePay, and held roles in account development and advisory positions at companies such as The Charmer Sunbelt Group, Phantom Smoke, and AfterPArty.

Andrew Merinoff attended the University of Denver from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from both the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management and Daniels College of Business. Their field of study focused on Food & Beverage and International Business. In 2011, they also participated in the University of Virginia's Semester at Sea program, specializing in International Business. Additionally, Andrew Merinoff obtained certifications in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in 2011 from Microsoft.
