Rose Mignano has extensive experience in administrative and educational roles. Currently serving as the Elementary Teaching & Learning Administrative Assistant at Lincoln County School District since February 2016, Rose also holds a long-standing position as Finance Administrative Assistant at Chinook Winds Casino Resort since January 2011, where additional roles included Play Palace/Arcade Supervisor and Hospitality Specialist. Previous experience includes Program Coordinator at Lincoln City Cultural Center from May 2014 to March 2015 and Children's Ministry Director at Coast Vineyard Christian Fellowship from February 2010 to September 2011. Rose's educational background includes a B.A. in French Studies from Pacific University (2000-2004), a Certificate of Completion from Vineyard Leadership Institute (2008-2010), and participation in the TeacherReady program at the University of West Florida for teacher licensure preparation.
